Real assets and enabling technologies.
Capital. Building. Future.
We invest for your future
SURPLUS Equity Partners is an investment and asset manager with a focus on real assets and enabling technologies.
We consider real assets holistically and always with a focus on a sufficiently diversified portfolio. Hence we invest in different property classes and in different risk/return profiles.
Today we face great ecological challenges. We are convinced that investments should make an important contribution to climate protection and sustainability. With our investment strategy, we provide capital to advance ecologically valuable technologies such as renewable energy and water treatment.
Technology and innovation allow us to invest successfully. We create sustainable value in the core areas of real estate and infrastructure, but also with our direct investments in young companies. Whether investment sourcing or portfolio management - enabling technologies allow us to increase efficiencies along the entire value chain.
We see ourselves as the source of ideas for tomorrow and view today’s challenges in the real estate and infrastructure industry as a great opportunity.
Previous projects include
SURPLUS supports the development of a modern office space of approx. 30,000 m² with a focus on ‘new work’.
Together with a long-standing and experienced project partner, we are successfully developing 14 onshore wind farms at several locations in Germany.
We support exceptional founders and technology companies to actively shape the future of real estate and living spaces.
We live what we love
Investments in real assets should do more than create financial value, by making our lives sustainable and thinking about sensible solutions for the challenges of our time – whether climate change or digitization.
We create opportunities – we are responsible for our investors’ capital and build on long-term trust. We ensure that our investments turn spaces into meeting places and make an active contribution to society. We also live sustainability in partnerships with our employees, investors, business partners, tenants, service providers and authorities. We think entrepreneurially and develop new ideas without losing sight of the tried and tested.
We shape the future – with curiosity, knowledge and the constant striving for improvement, we work hard for common goals. Every day we ensure that the best for our business partners is also good for the world.
