Sebastian is CEO and Founder of ALP.X Group.
He has almost ten years of experience in real estate, infrastructure, investment banking and private equity. Before founding ALP.X, he worked as an investment professional at Partners Group, a private markets investment manager based in Switzerland. Before that he was a Consultant with the Principal Investors & Private Equity (PIPE) Task Force at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in Munich and prior to that an Analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions department at UBS Investment Bank in London.
Sebastian holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Business Studies from Cass Business School in London, and an MPA from Columbia University in the City of New York and the London School of Economics.

Marlena is COO of ALP.X Group and is responsible for the firm’s Corporate Growth portfolio.
She has more than four years of experience in venture capital and consulting. Prior to joining ALP.X, Marlena gained experience in investment banking and consulting in London, New York and Hong Kong.
Marlena holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration and Computer Science from the Technical University of Munich and a Masters in Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Christoph is a Partner of ALP.X Group in Munich, Berlin.
Christoph has more than 9 years of experience in real estate and infrastructure development, asset management and consulting, actively managing residential, commercial and infrastructural projects. Besides his role as Partner at ALP.X he is Co-Founder & Managing Partner of OMUNITI, a Germany-based real estate and infrastructure project developer. Before that he was Managing Director of Othoz Capital and Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG).
Christoph holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration and a M.Sc. in Management from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management.

Frédéric is a Partner of ALP.X Group in Berlin.
Frédéric has more than 11 years of experience in real estate and infrastructure development and consulting, actively managing commercial, residential and infrastructural projects. Besides his role as Partner at ALP.X he is Co-Founder & Managing Partner of OMUNITI, a Germany-based real estate and infrastructure project developer. Before that he was a Project Leader at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG).
Frédéric holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, a B.Sc. in Business Administration and a PhD in Finance from the Technical University of Munich.

Adam is a Partner of ALP.X Group based in New York and Miami.
Adam has more than 12 years of experience in corporate and investment banking across the U.S. and Australia, covering Corporates, REITs, Project Finance, and Financial Institutions. Besides his role as Partner at ALP.X he is a Director at Benteler Trading International, a Swiss-based trading and logistics firm. Most recently he was a Director at BNP Paribas in New York and prior to that a Vice President at Lloyds Bank and Associate at ANZ Bank. Adam holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Corporate Finance) from the University of Adelaide and Università Bocconi.

Alice has more than four years of experience in real estate and investment banking across Europe. Prior to joining ALP.X, Alice was an Associate at Blackstone, where she was involved in underwriting and structuring real estate debt investments across Europe. Prior to Blackstone, Alice worked in the Real Estate Financing Group at Goldman Sachs.
Alice holds an M.Sc. in Financial Analysis from London Business School and a B.Sc. in International Economics and Finance from Bocconi University.

Franziska has more than five years of experience in the field of Real Estate Private Equity Investments in Asia- Pacific and Project Management. Prior to joining ALP.X as an Investment Analyst, she undertook several development projects in Australia and Japan and worked as a Property Manager in Sydney.
Franziska holds a B.Sc. in Property Economics from the University of Technology Sydney.

Samuel has more than two years of experience in investment banking, investment management and start-up development. Prior to joining ALP.X, he founded Locaverse, a bootstrapped online platform.
Samuel holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration from Vienna University of Economics and Business and an M.Sc. in Financial Analysis from London Business School.

Petra is responsible for ALP.X Group’s accounting and office management.
She has more than twenty years of experience in accounting, HR, event management and office management. Before joining ALP.X, Petra worked as accounting manager and personal assistant for a number of clients and firms, including Quantum Capital Partners.

Peter has more than 35 years of experience in real estate and investment banking. Before his role at ALP.X he was a senior investment banker with Reuschel Bank, Merck Finck Bank and Silvia Quandt Bank.
Peter holds a degree from Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich.

Nichelle supports ALP.X Group’s Munich office as Office Manager and Team Assistant.
With her dedicated efforts, Nichelle ensures the office is a place where everyone feels supported and valued, streamlining operations to facilitate ease and efficiency for all team members. Before joining ALP.X, Nichelle worked as reception coordinator and office administrator for a number of firms, including BCG Platinion.
